The festival would not be possible without the help of our dedicated volunteers. Working at BhIF is an amazing opportunity to thrive in a creative international network, challenge your self, and experience the adventure on all levels.
For 2015, we are now almost completely staffed – with 80 talented volunteers now registered. We’re always interested in talented people however – especially if you’re creative, hard working and fun.
All volunteers attend detailed induction and training sessions. And everyone working for the festival is compensated for their efforts (and of course given delicious food!)
